The La Hacienda Inn Conference Facility is unique in Los Gatos because it provides an intimate and professional setting for small group meetings, seminars, and retreats up to
20 people in a comfortable setting. Set within a former residence on the premises, the Conference Facility features a 425 square foot meeting room, a kitchen, privaterestroom, bedroom (optional), an entry patio, and a shaded private rear deck, ideal for use as an outdoor break site.

Seating options allow for a boardroom, theater, or classroom style setup. Natural as well as overhead lighting provide optimum clarity and ambience control. A personal meeting coordinator can assist you with planning all aspects of your meeting needs including food and beverage requirements and overnight accommodations, if necessary. Likewise, your La Hacienda Inn coordinator is available for copying and collating needs on the day of the meeting.

Our California Continental Breakfast includes a selection of fresh pastries, and bagels and cream cheese from local Los Gatos bakeries. Fresh fruit, coffees and teas, are served from a buffet table in the facility kitchen.

Lunch options allow your group to dine in a private banquet room in the La Hacienda Inn Restaurant adjacent to the facility or opt for catered cold sandwiches and salads in the facility. Groups of 10 or more can preorder lunch selections from an extensive banquet menu.

Cocktails and dinner can also be arranged through your La Hacienda Inn meeting coordinator.
